This website provides general information about freelance digital marketing and web development services. Visiting the site does not create a client relationship or service agreement.

Service scope

Any work, deliverables, timelines, fees, advertising budgets, account responsibilities and reporting arrangements must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, ad approvals, traffic, leads, sales, video views and other outcomes depend on many factors outside the service provider’s control. No specific result is guaranteed unless a separate written agreement clearly says otherwise and applicable law permits it.

Advertising platform policies

Campaigns should follow the applicable Google Ads, Meta advertising and other platform policies, as well as relevant laws. Platform rules and review outcomes can change. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of business information, licensing, product claims, landing-page disclosures and assets they supply. No freelancer can guarantee platform approval. For reference, review the Google Ads policies and Meta Advertising Standards before launching or changing campaigns.

Website content and third-party links

Information is provided in good faith but may change. Links to external services are provided for convenience; their availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by those services.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website text, layout and original design elements may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Client-provided assets remain subject to the rights and licences applicable to them.
